From our humble beginnings as a plastics trading firm in 1965, Mah Sing then embarked on a journey in the property and lifestyle development industry. This achievement is one we are truly proud of and here’s a selection of achievements that serve as benchmarks of what we can and will accomplish.

Mah Sing acquired approximately 6.938 acres of land in Mukim Tebrau, Johor Bahru, with plans of developing M Minori, a mixed development comprising three blocks of affordable serviced residential suites and some retail lots.
Mah Sing Healthcare’s glove manufacturing factory commenced operations in Kapar, Klang. The Group also acquired 3 new lands in Klang Valley which are M Senyum (Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi), M Astra (Setapak) and M Nova (Kepong).
The Group announced its diversification into healthcare by venturing into glove manufacturing.
The Group celebrated its 25th anniversary since its venture into the property development industry & acquired 3 new lands in Klang Valley which are M Oscar (Off Kuchai Lama), M Luna (Kepong) and M Adora (Wangsa Melawati).
Launched Mah Sing’s very own ‘MY Mah Sing’ app which enhances the customers’ homeownership experience.
Launched a new corporate logo.
The Group launched its largest township by acreage, Meridin East in Iskandar Malaysia, Johor, spanning 1,313 acres.
The Group further strengthened its foothold in Klang Valley with developments such as Lakeville Residence in Jalan Kuching and D’sara Sentral in Sungai Buloh.
Launched Southville City @ KL South in Bangi and expanded into Kota Kinabalu, Sabah with Sutera Avenue.
Continued township development in Klang Valley with M Residence in Rawang.
Expanded presence to southern Klang Valley with Garden Residence, Cyberjaya, and Kinrara Residence, Puchong and continued i-Parc series industrial developments with i-Parc 1, 2, and 3 in Klang Valley.
Ventured into Penang and launched Southbay and during the same year expanded into commercial properties with The Icon, Jalan Tun Razak.
Transferred from 2nd Board to the main Board of Bursa Malaysia and the Group also acquired land for its 1st township in Klang Valley, Aman Perdana.
Launched maiden township development in Sri Pulai Perdana in Skudai, Johor, and introduced the concept of gated and guarded living for link homes in Johor.
Ventured into property development with four projects. The first project was in Ulu Yam in 1994, comprising of single-storey link homes and that year also saw the birth of the i-Parc series (Mah Sing’s industrial integrated park).
Listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) 2nd Board under the industrial sector.
