This program is open to all existing buyers with valid M Privilege Membership Cards, of Mah Sing Group and our subsidiaries.

It is only applicable for the introduction of purchasers who are not existing M Privilege members.

To enjoy the Buyer-Get-Buyer Reward: –

1. M Privilege members will need to introduce friends or colleagues to our Mah Sing Property Advisor before any booking is made.
2. If you as the referrer, are unable to be present together with your referee, the non-member buyer must, at the point of purchase, inform the Mah Sing Property Advisor that he/she was referred by an M Privilege Member.
3. You as the referrer may recommend as many new buyers as possible but each recommendation must be accompanied by a copy of the Buyer-Get-Buyer form.
4. Any member who successfully introduces a potential non-member buyer will be entitled to a cash incentive.
