This program is applicable for the next purchase of a Mah Sing Property by an existing M Privilege member.

In the case of joint purchases; the person named as the principal purchaser in the Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) will be entitled to participate in this programme for his/her subsequent purchase of Mah Sing property, subject to the terms and conditions.

To enjoy the Buyer Repeat Purchase Discount:

1. M Privilege members can approach our Mah Sing Property Advisor for further assistance.
2. Members may purchase as many units as they want under the project, but each purchase must be accompanied by a copy of the Repeat Buyer Purchase Discount Form, in order to be eligible for this discount.
3. Successful purchases will be entitled to a Repeat Buyer Purchase Discount of up to a 3% discount.
