Prepare, draft and/or review all draft agreements, correspondences and any other documents including sale and purchase, tenancy, service agreement with service providers and any other contract related matters such as non-disclosure agreement and finalize the documents for execution.
Advise on the potential legal issues and risks under supervision of a legal manager/supervisor.
Closely monitor deadlines under agreements, ensuring payments are made on time and liaise closely with other departments to ensure compliance of any conditions.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and external lawyers on work related matters.
Assist with the administrative work handled by the legal and secretarial department including meeting minutes writing, proper filing and safekeeping of documents.
Provides prompt updates and also work reports as may be requested by the supervisor.

Candidate must possess at least a LLB (Hons)
Minimum 2 years experience as junior lawyer in firm or in-house legal executive

Job requirements
BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
1-2 years experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst with relevant technical knowledge utilizing data-sets to garner actionable insights
Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL, etc.), programming (XML, Phyton, or ETL frameworks)

To lead the negotiations with prospective tenant on leasing of properties under the Group and follow through with all necessary documentation & procedure to conclude deals ie. Preparation of Letter Offers, Tenancy Agreements, collection of Deposits, signing of agreements, handover of premises, rental payments and renewal of leases.
Maintain an accurate, in-department knowledge of all aspects to assigned properties including all vacancies, major tenants and major lease expirations.
Pre – plan the marketing & leasing strategies for expected retail space to be vacated and to ensure the spaces are occupied at the earliest opportunity.
Effectively articulate the features & benefits of the properties to potential merchants, through presentation, meeting and tours of the property.

Perform system documentation, training reference guides and standard system operating procedures
Examine and fine tune application functionality and performance and provide recommendation for continuous improvement
Job requirements
Possess Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology. At least min 2 years involved in Software Development Life Cycle.
Familiar with IDE, development and analysis tools.
Familiarity in technologies such as, C# .NET REST API JSON SSIS Database – SQL
